To replace handsets that fail within the pre-defined warranty period after purchase, and refurbish/repair handsets for sale.


Field Competency Centre - Product Analysis

To analyse handphone models, both pre- and post- as well as the development of trouble-shooting guides to address the issues encountered, be they functional, ease of use or technical shortcomings of the phones. Analysis is followed by reports on findings on mechanical/electronic problems.


Product Validation

To conduct user-acceptance tests prior to the product launch, including the following:
- User manual (accuracy, user-friendliness)
- Phone reliability/quality (drive test, sound/data transmission, Man Machine Interface)
- Accessories reliability/quality packaging (design/size/weight)


Refurbishment

To furbish the appearance via cosmetic replacement of the phones (e.g. keypad, front and back casing, etc.).


Retrofit Projects

To provide mass repair, upgrading or re-packaging of products.
