CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - SINGAPORE

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers’ needs and/or enquiries;
  • Able to handle customers’ complaints tactfully;
  • Handle some administrative duties and
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level
  • Computer literate
  • Able to attend to Chinese-speaking customers
  • Willing to work retail hours
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
